Flexible Ways to Receive Your Order

At NEU MARKET Cash and Carry, we aim to offer flexible and convenient ways for you to receive your order. Whether you are a retail customer or a wholesale business, we provide clear options to help you choose what works best.

1. In-Person Collection

Customers are welcome to collect orders directly from our location in Belfast. This option allows you to meet us, see our facilities, and receive your products quickly.

• Collection is only available after NEU MARKET confirms your order.
• Orders must be fully paid before collection.
• Payment on collection is allowed only by bank transfer.
• Please let us know your planned arrival time so your order is ready.

2. Pallet Delivery (By Mutual Agreement)

For larger wholesale orders, we can arrange delivery via a pallet delivery company. This service is available only upon mutual agreement and includes an additional delivery charge.

• Typical pallet delivery cost: depending on location.
• The final price is confirmed after we review your order and delivery address.
• We will provide an exact delivery quote before dispatch.

NEU MARKET reserves the right to refuse delivery if conditions are not met.

3. Self-Arranged Delivery

You may also arrange your own delivery or courier service. This option gives you full flexibility to choose a carrier that fits your schedule and budget.

• We will prepare your order for pickup by your chosen carrier.
• Delivery timing and cost are your responsibility when using your own service.

4. Order & Payment Process

Placing Your Order

After you place your order on our website, we will review it and send a confirmation message or email to ensure all details are correct. Your order is considered accepted only once confirmed by NEU MARKET.

Payment

Payment must be cleared by bank transfer before we can proceed with preparation, delivery, or collection. This step is crucial for a smooth and reliable service.

5. Order Preparation & Timing

We aim to prepare orders within 1 business day after payment is cleared.

• Collection: once ready, we will contact you to agree a pickup time.
• Pallet delivery: if agreed, dispatch is arranged for the next available delivery day.
• Self-arranged delivery: we notify you when the order is ready for your carrier.

6. Failed Deliveries / Missed Collection

If a customer is unavailable at the agreed time or fails to collect:

• The delivery or collection may be cancelled.
• Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
• NEU MARKET may refuse repeated delivery attempts.
